Lifestyle 45 is the industry leading Group Exercise class that has our members loosing weight, gaining lean muscle mass and living their best lifestyle! This program is designed to keep you motivated in a group exercise atmosphere, guided by a Personal Trainer, for 45 minutes of exercise that will leave you feeling the transforming results! Each day the exercise will change, lending tons of variety to your workout routine and providing your body the necessary regime it needs to give you the results you're looking for. Classes are offered 5 days a week, 2-3 times per day, giving our members every opportunity to join the class time that works best with their daily schedule.
